Insight and integration in a complex IoT ecosystem of Smart Meters. This required innovation - to translate instructions between business systems and devices - and close collaboration with the customer and its partners to deliver an end-to-end solution.


Boeing was adopting OpenShift and containerisation and needed help to set up their delivery process for a new project. Estafet guided the process definitions and delivered automation through Ansible.


BP was investing in a cloud strategy to lower costs and increase flexibility. We helped replatform existing solutions onto OpenShift. Estafet delivered design and migration work through distributed Agile teams.


Estafet built a solution to resolve billing dispute enquiries via the web by designing and implementing a new layer on top of legacy back-end systems and services.


Estafet supported the master data management of various pension products managed by Capita. This involved creating a reusable service tier that gave a transparent experience for call centre staff across multiple legacy systems.

This enables new value creation as Data can be shared, licenced and explored. Estafet is providing cloud and integration specialists to help Harbr expand its proposition across all major cloud providers.


Hive is a smart home technology provider with an ecosystem of innovative connected home products, services, subscriptions and solutions. Estafet was an innovation hub, delivering new features such as Amazon Alexa integration, a Cloud Streaming Camera platform, and new apps

Regulatory changes meant investment banks must report trades to the FCA in near-time. Estafet added a new Data Services Layer to receive inputs from trading platforms, augmenting the data, and converting it to industry-standard FPML.

New solution to better understand the chain of events that describe a product’s journey through the supply chain. This involved instrumenting legacy systems to form a unified trace describing the process and flagging any exceptions.

LGIM has made significant investment in J2EE applications over many years. To save cost and reduce maintenance, Estafet rapidly containerised and deployed these applications to OpenShift on AWS.

Estafet led a large project to develop a booking system for temporary employment opportunities in the back-office of this global recruitment firm.  The system was a SOA web application fronting various back end services, involving BPMN, BPEL and a rules engine.


MRH needed a strategic, cloud-based integration platform to link cloud and on-prem ERP solutions via flexible, scalable and reusable integration services. This included automating receipt and processing of daily sales records, saving manual effort and enabling growth.


Estafet helped to design and build a JBoss EAP platform to roll out Glory Cash Insight Assure Teller Cash Recyclers across all Nationwide branches. The platform incorporates High Availability across two data centers with SSO and end-to-end encryption.


Newline recognised that they cloud use Machine Learning to replicate human decisions on (80% of) claims so that claims experts could focus on high value and edge cases. Estafet’s implementation proved the concept and was then adopted by  claims experts.


Agile analysis, estimation and solution specification for a Web Transformation Programme including several portals for customers and businesses.


Orwell realised its manual processes around decisioning would not scale. Estafet automated processes around on-boarding, fraud and sanction screening using rules which the business could then adapt as the business grew.


Estafet automated a Code-to-Production process with build automation, test automation, environment provisioning, promotion of code, configuration management and deployment to live.


Supported the adoption of OpenShift and supporting DevOps processes both with Thales and to its partners. Key challenges included off-line install; fast, reliable boot of solutions; and making it personnel-proof.


Delivery of nearshore development, test and release of solutions. Adoption and roll-out of DevOps delivery approach for Java and BPM solutions.


Defined the future vision for integration including mentoring of team, establishing automated build processes and development best practices.

Client Onboarding at WorldPay was taking sixty days, it was extremely complex, largely manual, very time-consuming - some clients even cancelled before being onboarded. Estafet’s work provided both business and financial benefit by lowering costs, increasing productivity, improving earlier adoption of revenue streams and increasing the likelihood of greater new client retention.


Zurich needed to get a new product to market quickly to exploit a change in legislation. Estafet worked collaboratively with key stakeholders to design an enterprise SOA solution, and then delivered the project within 6 months. Time-to-market for subsequent products was also reduced from 6 months to 6 weeks.
